2nd REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – BEADED APPLIQUES February 22, 2013 TO ALL PROSPECTIVE VENDORS: You are invited to submit a proposal for beaded appliques to be added to a large moose hide. The moose hide will be used during funerals. Families of decease shareholders can borrow the decorated moose hide to cover the casket. The moose hide will be returned to the corporation office after services. Multiple appliques will be needed to decorate hide. Large appliques such as flowers, feathers, crosses, and other appropriate decorations will be purchased.
Vendors: Shareholders and non-shareholders
Instructions: Submit a detailed description of the beaded appliques including size, price (including postage and shipping to Tanacross), and a picture or drawing of the appliques. If you are submitting a drawing please include two example pictures of beadwork you have completed.

Evaluation Criteria: Beaded appliques will be evaluated on quality of beadwork, suitability, and value (price and size – minimum of 5 inches in diameter). Multiple pieces will be needed to decorate hide from multiple sellers.
Deadline: 1 p.m. – Monday – March 11, 2013 to submit proposals – RFP will be posted (website, Tanacross Post Office, and Facebook). RFP will be posted for two weeks.
